Join our team of Chocolate Sommeliers for a delicious educational adventure here at Mānoa Chocolate. As our guest, you'll try spritzer made from cacao nectar in our refurbished roasting room, learn about the bean-to-bar manufacturing process, see the machines we use to mold and package chocolate, and sample our full collection alongside a cacao tea service. You'll come away with a greater knowledge of the incredible superfood that is cacao, an appreciation for the growing craft chocolate movement, aloha for the emerging cacao and chocolate industry here in Hawaiʻi, and satisfied tastebuds!

NATURAL WINE & CHOCOLATE PAIRING CLASS

Designed for wine enthusiasts and those interested in learning extensively about the natural wine movement, this 1.5 hour course hosted by Mānoa Wine Bar Manager Kaylie Ward invites guests to develop their ʻike (knowledge) of natural wine and craft chocolate pairing.
Four (4) tasting pours (3oz/each) of wines from both on and off our usual Wine Bar menu accompany four (4) chocolates from our collection, specifically selected to enhance one another. -

Looking for a different kind of wine and chocolate experience - lighter on the lesson, but just as satisfying for the palate? Join us Thursday-Saturday for our new "Sip & Pair," a mini version of our Natural Wine & Chocolate Pairing Class that is perfect for a great date night, friends' outing, or opportunity to dive into a new interest.
Guests will sample three (3) tasting pours (2oz/each) from both on and off our usual Wine Bar menu, accompanied by three (3) chocolates from our collection, all specifically selected to enhance one another.
