We crafted chocolate pyramids with beans grown in variety trials at the UH College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources. For this special 70% dark chocolate, we blended cacao from Kualoa Ranch and Pearl City.
Hawaii is the only state that can grow cacao. Our industry is growing, with an emphasis on quality and fine flavor. Taste notes of coffee, full-bodied red wine and berries.
