About the Bar: Kokoa Kamili works with a network of small-holder farmers in the Kilombero Valley. They buy their wet beans and centrally ferment and dry them at their facility - a repurposed disco. They pay their farmers above market price and take on the work of fermentation and drying. This ensures quality and enables farmers to give more attention to their trees.Details: 70% dark chocolate.
