100% Waialua – Oahu’s North Shore. This is a light bodied medium roasted coffee with slightly floral notes.
100% Molokai – A rich, full bodied herbaceous coffee with notes of cardamom from the Island of Molokai.
Arabica Blend with 10% Kona and 30% Oahu Beans – This coffee is the roast master’s favorite cup. It highlights the Kona and Waialua origins along side other world class arabica beans for a fuller, more well-rounded brew.

69% Goat Milk
When dreaming up a milk chocolate bar, we wanted to do something a bit different. Out of this spawned our Goat Milk bar, a favorite among wine enthusiasts, this chocolate is a flavor roller coaster; beginning with a sour cream and brown sugar and then rolling through a creamy cheesecake, it finally ends with that astringent goat cheese flavor that only your favorite chèvre can offer.

60% Ghost Pepper Dark Milk
This bar is a beautiful combination of sweet and spicy. We pluck ripe Hawaiian Ghost Peppers from our back yard and infuse them into our 60% Dark Milk chocolate. Even though the Ghost Pepper is infamous for being the hottest naturally grown pepper in the world, we put just enough in this bar to give your taste buds a ghostly tingle without the burn.
72% Hawaiian Sea Salt
The salty and sweet combination provide a great yin and yang for your tastebuds. For this bar, we pair our 72% chocolate with unique Hawaiian sea salts: Pink Sea Salt from Molokai, Black Lava Sea Salt from the Big Island and Local Oahu Sea Salts.

60% Breakfast Bar
The “Breakfast Bar” is a texture experience, made with a LIBERAL layer of roasted cacao nibs and locally roasted Kona espresso beans; this bar has a lovely chocolaty/nutty crunch followed by a little espresso kick. The bar then finishes off with a smooth %60 dark milk chocolate. This bar is definitely an employee favorite and will soon be yours too.
