August's BAR
This month, we’re thrilled to present two distinct bars from Mililani Estate in Central Oʻahu for our Mānoa Monthly offering, crafted from their 2024/2025 cacao harvest. By separating the beans based on their natural flavors, we have created:
🍫Fruity Mililani Bar – Bursting with bright, cherry pie notes.
🌸Floral Mililani Bar (green sticker) – Smooth, nutty, and creamy with delicate floral undertones.
These bars come from the same season, same farm, even the same orchard—yet they tell two entirely different stories of flavor as a result of the fermentations. We've stickered the "Floral" bar to help separate the two for you to explore the nuances side by side, celebrating the artistry of Hawaiʻi’s terroir.
Completing the trio is one of our favorites—Milk Chocolate (50%), made with beans sourced from small farms across Kona and Hilo.

All of our chocolate is crafted from bean-to-bar at our chocolate factory in Kailua, O'ahu.
direct trade cacao
We're buying cacao direct from the farmer. This allows us to establish long lasting relationships based on trust and quality. By cutting out intermediaries we can also pay our farmers higher prices for their crop.

Each chocolate bar is packaged using recycled paper and wrapped in a biodegradbale plant-based fiber
