"SIP & PAIR" WINE AND CHOCOLATE EXPERIENCE

Join us for a guided wine and chocolate experience at "Sip & Pair!" Guests will be guided by one of our amazing team members through four (4) tasting pours (2oz/each), accompanied by four (4) chocolates from our collection—all specifically selected to enhance one another. Starting in April 2025, your Sip & Pair experience will also include a complimentary charcuterie board.

Audiences are drawn to the positive energy and healing message in his conscious Reggae, Soul, and R&B musical style.

    In addition to being one of Mānoa's premier chocolate sommeliers, Puahone is a guitarist and singer who plays everything from Hawaiian classics to modern pop. From Waimānalo, O’ahu, she is inspired by a variety of artists spanning genres, decades, and ʻōlelo (languages).

    As of December 2022, Mānoa Chocolate Wine Bar is open to the public—come visit us and enjoy a glass poured alongside fine chocolate and small bites!

    Wine has been a passion of ours for years. We found that the more we delved into the world of wine, the more we improved how we make our chocolate and educate our customers. We decided to put these two passions together.

    In 2021, we began to make this dream a reality. After a year of assembling a great team, tailoring our space, and developing an exciting menu, we are thrilled to offer this experience of wine and chocolate pairings.

    The winemaking process is quite similar to our approach in bean-to-bar chocolate making. Our favorite wines use simple or traditional methods, eschew additives, and avoid the use of pesticides or herbicides. Many of the wines on our list meet this criteria, but all have been carefully curated based on their makers' stories, mindful production practices, and brilliant final products.

    We are lucky to source rare, unique, and delicious beverages from around the world. Sometimes, we only manage to procure a few cases of these beverages at a time, which means our menu is in constant fluctuation. You never know what you might discover any time you come in!
