DELIVERY TIME

Please note delays may occur during holiday seasons.

We typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Please allow 7-10 days from the date of payment for shipping and handling of orders (if weather permits).

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Your order should arrive within 1-2 business days.

DESTINATIONS

We ship anywhere in the United States, as well as P.O. Boxes and Army Post Office (A.P.O) addresses abroad. At this time, we do not ship to any other international locations (including Canada).

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on online orders over $40 or more.
Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following business day.
Orders ship out Monday-Wednesday, sometimes Thursday if delivery is available.
Local orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight.
We also offer an In-Store Pick up option for customers who are on the island of O’ahu (see In-Store Pick up line).
Please note, orders placed after 2pm on Wednesdays will be processed the following Monday, unless deliverable on a Saturday.
Please make sure to leave a note for any special requests.

MELT-FREE GUARANTEE

We ship all orders via FedEx 2Day Air and treat your order with the utmost care so that it arrives in perfect condition. During warmer months, we check the weather in your area, then pack orders with insulation and an ice pack. Occasionally, we will delay shipments when temperatures are exceptionally hot. If your order arrives melted, we would be happy to replace it with the same item, or another of similar value. Please reach out via ordering@manoachocolate.com.

WARM WEATHER PROTOCOL

When temperatures rise to 80 degrees and above, we pack your orders with ice packs and insulation. We check the temperature in your area before shipping to make sure your order arrives in the best condition. We highly recommend shipping to a location where the chocolate can be delivered inside or someone will be there to receive it.

IN-STORE SHIPPING

We offer in-store shipping to customers who visit us in our retail tasting room. We offer free shipping for in-store orders $75 or more. Orders are shipped every Wednesday. Please still allow 7-10 days from date of purchase to process and ship orders. If you have any questions about your in-store order, please email us at ordering@manoachocolate.com.

IN-STORE PICK UP

If you live on O’ahu, you’re able to order for pick up at our retail space. This option is available at checkout. Orders are typically ready for pick up within 2-4 days from date of purchase. You will receive an email once your order is processed and ready for pick up.

MĀNOA MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

We ship out your Mānoa Monthly Subscription bars on the Monday following the 15th of the month. If you subscribe after the 15th of the month, you are signing up for the following month's bars. If you’d like to start with the current month, you must specify in your order notes at checkout.
