Join our team of Chocolate Sommeliers for a delicious educational adventure here at Mānoa Chocolate. As our guest, you'll learn all about the bean-to-bar manufacturing process, see the machines we use to mold chocolate, and sample a wide variety of treats alongside a cacao tea service. You'll come away with a greater knowledge of the incredible superfood that is cacao, an appreciation for the growing craft chocolate movement, aloha for the emerging cacao and chocolate industry here in Hawaiʻi, and satisfied tastebuds!
