About: This bag of loose leaf tea is made from the husks of roasted cacao beans. It has a chocolatey aroma and flavor with the sensation of an herbal tea.

Directions: Steep 2 - 3 tbs in hot water for 4 minutes using an infuser, coffee maker or French press. Steep an additional 2 tbs for 2 extra minutes if you prefer a darker brew. Great with honey, cream, and or blended with other loose leaf teas!

Details: 4oz bag. Single origin cacao from Costa Esmeraldas, Ecuador. Ingredients: roasted cacao husks.

We're buying cacao direct from the farmer. This allows us to establish long lasting relationships based on trust and quality. By cutting out intermediaries we can also pay our farmers higher prices for their crop.
