Coffee and lavender are two OG flavors that have been a part of our collection since the beginning of Mānoa. Over the years we’ve experimented with both in many ways, but it wasn’t until a few months ago that they were combined for the first time in our test kitchen. Lavender Latte is a dark milk chocolate infused with two Hawaiian inclusions: lavender from the Ali’i Kula Lavender farm in Maui and Big Island grown coffee. This is a special release for Mother's Day as a result of our Mānoa Monthly subscription club. Limited quantities available, so get it while it's here. 

Details: 60% dark milk chocolate. Ingredients: cacao, organic cane sugar, organic whole milk powder, cocoa butter, Hawaiian coffee, Maui lavender buds. 2.1oz (60g) bar. Contains milk. For maximum flavor, store and eat chocolate at around 70° F.

All of our chocolate is crafted from bean-to-bar at our chocolate factory in Kailua, Oʻahu.

We're buying cacao direct from the farmer. This allows us to establish long lasting relationships based on trust and quality. By cutting out intermediaries we can also pay our farmers higher prices for their crop.
