    This month’s Mānoa Monthly exclusive is a sweet and salty celebration of Hawaiian flavor: our Salted Milk Chocolate Bar.

    We’ve blended creamy milk chocolate with hand-harvested Hawaiian sea salt from Haleʻiwa Salt Co.—a delicate balance of smooth and savory that melts in your mouth.

    And to complete your chocolate trio, we’re pairing it with two tropical favorites:

    Niu x Coconut Bar
    A tribute to one of Hawaiʻi’s most essential canoe plants. Polynesian settlers brought niu (coconut) across the ocean, and it remains a symbol of resilience and nourishment. This bar captures its essence in smooth, coconut-kissed dark chocolate.

    Nīnole, Hawaiʻi Island 70% Bar
    Sourced from the lush Hāmākua coast, this single origin dark chocolate comes from Nīnole Cacao, a thriving seven-acre orchard founded in 2019. Expect a rich, fruity depth from cacao grown in volcanic soil and harvested with care.

    All of our chocolate is crafted from bean-to-bar at our chocolate factory in Kailua, O'ahu.

    We're buying cacao direct from the farmer. This allows us to establish long lasting relationships based on trust and quality. By cutting out intermediaries we can also pay our farmers higher prices for their crop.
