🌿 Maiʻa x Banana Bar: A tribute to the Polynesian settlers who brought maiʻa (banana) to Hawaiʻi as a canoe plant, this bar celebrates the fruit’s historical significance and natural sweetness.
🌋 Honoliʻi, Hawaiʻi Island Bar: Sourced from Honoliʻi Orchards on the slopes of Mauna Kea, this bar reflects the unique terroir of volcanic soil and abundant rainfall, crafted in collaboration with cacao specialist Colin Hart.

All of our chocolate is crafted from bean-to-bar at our chocolate factory in Kailua, O'ahu.

We're buying cacao direct from the farmer. This allows us to establish long lasting relationships based on trust and quality. By cutting out intermediaries we can also pay our farmers higher prices for their crop.
