We roast small-batch coffee from our Kailua Town chocolate factory, a natural extension of the craft we’ve honed through years of working with cacao. Our passion for bean-to-bar chocolate is what led us into the world of artisan coffee, where we bring the same care, curiosity, and respect for the ingredient.
Just as we do with our cacao, we source the best coffee beans we can find and roast each batch to highlight its unique character and natural flavor.
