 The Details

  • Recipient gets 3 pre-selected bars per month: 1 limited edition and 2 others from our collection.
  • You pay for all 6 months upfront and we take care of the rest (shipping is included in your one time purchase). After 6 months you'll be unsubscribed.
  • Chocolate is shipped the Monday following the 15th of each month.
  • We will include a note in your gift recipient's first order letting them know about their new chocolate subscription and who gifted it to them. If you'd like to say something more please specify in the order notes at checkout.

    April's BAR

    This bar is quite the roller coaster ride as it touches many flavor profiles - from citrus, to herbaceous, to savory and sweet. We collected rosemary from our gardens, dried and ground it up with a vegan white chocolate lemon base. But there was still something missing. A bit of Moloka’i sea salt ended up doing the tick, helping to harmonize the recipe. It’s definitely one of our more experimental Mānoa Monthly flavors and we look forward to you trying it!

    All of our chocolate is crafted from bean-to-bar at our chocolate factory in Kailua, O'ahu.

    We're buying cacao direct from the farmer. This allows us to establish long lasting relationships based on trust and quality. By cutting out intermediaries we can also pay our farmers higher prices for their crop.
